We've designed our new patient journey to feel calm, unhurried and genuinely welcoming - so even if it's been years since you last saw a dentist, you'll feel completely at ease.

After you've submitted the form and chosen your appointment slot, we'll send you a confirmation email along with a short medical history form. You can fill this in at your own pace before your visit.

Meeting your dentist

Your dentist will introduce themselves, ask a few questions about your dental history, and listen to anything specific you'd like to discuss. There's no rush, no jargon, and no judgement - just a proper conversation.

Your examination

We'll carry out a careful examination of your teeth, gums and overall oral health, including any necessary x-rays. Everything we find will be explained to you clearly, with no surprises.

Your dentist will talk through any recommendations - whether that's a hygiene appointment, a small filling, or simply seeing you again in six months. You'll never be pushed into treatment you don't need.

Save on routine care with a membership plan

Most of our patients choose to join one of our membership plans rather than paying as they go. It works out cheaper, takes the hassle out of booking, and gives you the peace of mind that your routine care is already taken care of.

There are three tiers to choose from:

  • Blue Reward - £10.75 a month - One check-up, one hygiene visit, free emergency appointments and free small x-rays. A great starting point for healthy teeth.
  • Gold Reward - £19.25 a month - Two check-ups, two hygiene visits, 15% off routine treatment, free emergencies, free x-rays and free care for children under 18.
  • Gold Reward Plus - £30.75 a month - Two check-ups, four hygiene visits, 15% off routine treatment, free emergencies, free x-rays, free care for children under 18, plus extras like composite veneer polishing, free replacement bite guards and extensive implant cleaning.

Most Gold Reward members save around £112 a year compared to paying as they go - before factoring in the 15% treatment discount. Simple, predictable, and good for your teeth.

How do I book an appointment?

How quickly can I be seen?

For routine check-ups and hygiene appointments, we usually have availability within a couple of weeks - sometimes sooner. If you need to be seen urgently, please call us directly so we can prioritise accordingly.

Do I need to register before my first visit?

No formal registration is required. We'll send you a short medical history form to fill in before your first appointment, which you can complete at your own pace - and that's all you need to do.

Can I book online if I've never been to you before?

How long does a check-up take?

A standard check-up takes around 30 minutes, which gives your dentist enough time to do a thorough examination, discuss anything you've noticed, and answer any questions you have - without rushing.

What happens if you find something during my check-up?

If we find anything that needs attention, your dentist will explain it clearly, talk you through your options, and give you a clear understanding of any costs involved. There's never any pressure to book treatment on the spot - you can always think it over and come back to us when you're ready.

Can I have a hygiene appointment on the same day as my check-up?

Yes, where possible we'll try to schedule them back-to-back to save you a second trip. Just let us know when you book and our reception team will do their best to accommodate.

How much is a check-up at Aspire Smiles?

A standard check-up is £55 and a hygiene appointment is £75. If you're on our Gold or Gold Plus membership plan, both are included as part of your monthly fee, along with free emergency appointments and free small x-rays.

Is it cheaper to join a membership plan?

For most patients, yes. Gold Reward members typically save around £112 a year compared to paying as they go - before factoring in the 15% discount on additional routine treatment. There's also no joining fee, and you can sign up online in a few minutes.

Do children need their own membership plan?

No - children under 18 are covered for free under our Gold and Gold Plus plans, as long as their parent is a member. They'll get free check-ups, free treatment on baby teeth, and 50% off routine treatment on adult teeth.
