Near-invisible
Most people won't notice you're wearing them at all

A discreet, comfortable way to straighten your smile without anyone needing to know. Designed and made in the UK, Smile White aligners are a beautifully simple route to the smile you've been picturing.

I was a bit nervous about my aligners appointment at first, but the receptionist made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. The rest of the team was really friendly and made me feel even more comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment. I'm feeling really confident about the whole process now, and I've booked in for a hygienist appointment. The team is absolutely lovely!

Smile White is a clear aligner system designed to gently move your teeth into a straighter position over time, using a series of near-invisible plastic trays that fit snugly over your teeth.
Each set of aligners is custom-made for you, based on a 3D digital scan of your mouth. You'll wear each tray for around two weeks before progressing to the next, with each one easing your teeth a small step closer to your final smile. Most patients find them so comfortable and discreet that even close family members don't notice they're wearing them.
What we particularly like about Smile White is that it's designed and manufactured here in the UK, which means quicker turnaround times, brilliant quality control, and a system we can trust to deliver consistent, predictable results.
The journey is refreshingly straightforward. Here's how it tends to go for our patients:
We'll invite you in for a relaxed chat with one of our dentists, take a few photos, and explore whether Smile White is right for you. There's no pressure to book, and the consultation is completely free.
If you decide to go ahead, we'll use our iTero Lumina scanner to capture a detailed 3D image of your teeth. No goopy impressions, no uncomfortable trays - just a quick, comfortable scan.
Your dentist will design a custom treatment plan, and you'll be able to see a digital preview of your final smile before you commit.
Your custom-made aligners will be ready in a few weeks. We'll fit your first set and show you how to put them in and take them out.
You'll wear each aligner for around 22 hours a day, swapping to the next set roughly every two weeks. Most patients see noticeable changes within the first few months.
Once treatment is complete, we'll fit retainers to keep your teeth in their lovely new position for the long term.
Treatment length varies depending on how much movement is needed, but most cases are completed in 6 to 12 months.
Straightening your teeth isn't really about your teeth. It's about how you feel when you smile in photos. It's about not covering your mouth when you laugh. It's about looking in the mirror and recognising the person looking back.
That's the "why" behind Smile White - and here's how it gets you there:

For more complex cases, we may recommend an alternative system such as Spark aligners or Invisalign, both of which we also offer at Aspire Smiles. The beauty of having multiple aligner systems available is that we can match you with the option that's genuinely best for your smile - rather than the one we happen to stock.
The only way to know for sure is to come in for a free consultation, where one of our dentists will take a proper look and talk you through your options honestly.

The complexity of your case and the number of aligners you need. Your exact cost will be confirmed at your free consultation, with no surprises and no hidden extras.
To make treatment more affordable, we offer:
You can view our full fees and finance options for more details, or simply ask us at your consultation.

From the moment you arrive at our practice in Lower Heathcote Square, our dedicated patient concierge will look after you. There's no rushed reception desk experience, no clinical waiting room. Instead, you'll find a calm, modern space with free parking right outside, ground floor access, and a team who genuinely take the time to understand what you're hoping for.
Your treatment will be planned using our iTero Lumina scanner, which captures incredibly detailed 3D images of your teeth and even gives you a digital preview of your future smile. And throughout your journey, your concierge will check in, follow up, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
It's the kind of experience patients tell us they didn't know dentistry could feel like.

Most patients complete treatment in 6 to 12 months, although mild cases can be quicker and complex cases may take a little longer. Your dentist will give you a clear timeline at your consultation, based on a digital preview of your treatment plan.
You may notice a very slight lisp for the first day or two while your tongue adjusts to the aligners, but this almost always disappears quickly. Most patients find they're speaking completely normally within 48 hours.
You'll need to take your aligners out to eat or drink anything other than water. This actually has a hidden benefit - it gives your teeth a break from the trays and lets you enjoy your meals without restriction. Just remember to brush before popping them back in.
All three systems use clear aligners to gently move teeth, but they differ in how they're made, the technology behind them, and the cases they're best suited for. Smile White is designed and made in the UK, which often means faster turnaround. Spark aligners use a particularly smooth, stain-resistant material. Invisalign is the most well-known system globally and has a vast library of treatment data. Your dentist will recommend the best fit for your case during your consultation.
Yes - retainers are essential after any orthodontic treatment to keep your teeth in their new position. Without them, teeth can gradually drift back over time. We'll fit you with a retainer once your treatment is complete and explain exactly how to wear and care for it.
At Aspire Smiles, we plan every case carefully using digital scans and treatment previews, so you'll know exactly what to expect before you start. If any small refinements are needed at the end of treatment, we'll discuss this with you and plan the best next step.
Yes, completely. We ask for a small £25 deposit when you book, purely to reduce no-shows, and this is refunded in full when you attend your appointment. There's no obligation to go ahead with treatment afterwards.
