Free consultations for cosmetic and higher-value treatments

If you're thinking about something more involved - like dental implants, clear aligners, veneers or a full smile transformation - we offer free initial consultations rather than a paid check-up.

These consultations are designed to give you clarity. You'll spend time with one of our dentists, see your smile up close on a screen, and walk away with a clear understanding of what's possible. There's no pressure to book treatment afterwards, and no awkward sales conversation.

Free consultations are available for:

A small £25 deposit secures your appointment and is refunded in full when you attend - it's simply our way of protecting the slot for patients who genuinely want it.

First visit journey

What to expect at your first visit

We've designed the new patient journey to feel calm, unhurried and genuinely welcoming - so even if it's been years since you last saw a dentist, you'll feel completely at ease.

Booking and confirmation

After you've booked your appointment online, we'll send you a confirmation along with a short medical history form. You can fill this in at your own pace before your visit.

Warm welcome

When you arrive, our reception team will greet you and help you settle in. Free on-site parking is right outside the door, so you'll never feel rushed or flustered before your appointment.

Meeting your dentist or patient concierge

For routine appointments, your dentist will introduce themselves and ease you in with a proper conversation. For free consultations, our patient concierge will look after you first - taking professional photos and walking you through what to expect.

Your examination or consultation

We'll carry out a careful examination, including any x-rays, and explain everything we find clearly. There's no jargon, no judgement, and no rushing through.

Personalised recommendations

Your dentist will talk through any recommendations and give you a clear understanding of any costs involved. You'll never be pushed into treatment you don't need.

Booking your next visit

Before you leave, we'll help you book any follow-ups, talk through membership plans if helpful, and answer any final questions. We'll also send a follow-up summary so you have everything in writing.

Three tiers to choose from, starting at just £10.75 a month:

  • Blue Reward - £10.75 a month - One check-up, one hygiene visit, free emergencies and free small x-rays
  • Gold Reward - £19.25 a month - Two check-ups, two hygiene visits, 15% off treatment, free emergencies and free care for under-18s
  • Gold Reward Plus - £30.75 a month - Everything in Gold, plus more hygiene visits, composite veneer polishing, free replacement bite guards and extensive implant cleaning

Most Gold Reward members save around £112 a year compared to paying as they go - before factoring in the 15% treatment discount.

Can I bring my children to Aspire Smiles?

Absolutely - we're a family-friendly practice with a gentle, patient approach to children's dentistry. Children under 18 receive free dental care when their parent is on our Gold or Gold Plus membership plan.

Where are you located and is there parking?

We're at Vickers Way, Lower Heathcote Square, Warwick, CV34 7BR - around 10 minutes from Warwick town centre. We have ample free on-site parking right outside the door, with no time limits or fees.
