Profhilo® is a unique skin remodelling treatment that works by stimulating the production of collagen and elastin in the skin through the slow release of Hyaluronic Acid (a naturally occurring substance in the body).

Unlike other anti-ageing injectables that use fillers to add volume and stretch out the skin, Profhilo uses hyaluronic acid to hydrate, firm and actually rebuild new, younger-looking skin cells. Most patients have 2 treatments initially, given 4 weeks apart. The procedure takes around 45 minutes including consultation, and a topical anaesthetic is used. Recovery is instant or takes a few hours, you can resume normal activity straight away, sensitivity is minimal and lasts up to 24 hours, and results last around 6 months.

In most cases, 1-2 appointments are needed to achieve the best results. If a top up is required, this will be given four weeks after your last appointment. You can expect your treatment to last 45 minutes, including a detailed consultation beforehand. Your results will be immediately visible following treatment. You may feel some discomfort, but we can use topical anaesthetic numbing cream if required. We ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable before treatment begins. There is no downtime needed after treatment and you can return to your normal daily activities straight away. On average, results will last 6-12 months. You can then have a top up treatment if required.

Fine lines and wrinkles are smoothed, resulting in a natural, more youthful-looking appearance. The product used is Azzalure®. The treatment takes 30 minutes in total, including a consultation. You may be able to see some improvements straight away, and results can be seen one to two weeks after treatment. You may feel some discomfort, but this will be minimal. We ensure you are relaxed and comfortable before beginning treatment. On average, results will last 3-4 months before a top up treatment is needed.
