Why we built our membership plans the way we did

Most patients tell us the same thing: they want to look after their teeth properly, but the idea of paying for each appointment one at a time can feel a bit unpredictable. A check-up here, a hygiene visit there, an emergency you didn't see coming - it adds up.

Our membership plans are designed to take that uncertainty away. Instead of paying every time you visit, you pay one small monthly amount that covers your routine care for the whole year. That way, your appointments are already taken care of, your teeth get the regular attention they need, and your bank balance stays a lot happier.

We've also built in real value for families. Children under 18 receive free dental care when their parent is on our Gold or Gold Plus plan, which means looking after the whole family becomes far more affordable.

That's why both our Gold Reward and Gold Reward Plus plans include free dental examinations for children up to the age of 18 - so you can bring them in regularly without worrying about the cost. Routine treatment on adult teeth is also offered at half price, and any treatment needed on baby teeth is completely free.

Do I need to attend a consultation before joining a membership plan?

No. You can sign up to any of our three plans online without needing to come in first. Your plan begins as soon as your first direct debit payment has been collected successfully, and you can book your first appointment from that point onwards.

Which membership plan is right for me?

It depends on what your teeth need. If your oral health is good and you're looking for the basics, Blue Reward is a great place to start. If you'd like fuller routine care plus discounts on additional treatment, Gold Reward is our most popular choice. If you have ongoing concerns - such as gum issues, dental implants to maintain, or complex restorations - Gold Reward Plus is designed for you. Your dentist can also recommend the most suitable plan during your appointment.

Can my children join the plan with me?

Yes - and they don't even need their own plan. If you're on our Gold Reward or Gold Reward Plus plan, children under 18 receive free dental examinations as part of your membership. They also benefit from 50% off routine treatment on adult teeth and free treatment on baby teeth, which makes looking after the whole family much more affordable.

What happens if I need an emergency appointment?

All three of our membership plans include free emergency appointments, so if something goes wrong, you can come in without worrying about a surprise bill. Just call us on 01926 291 515 or message us on WhatsApp on 07960 058 443 and we'll find you a slot as quickly as we can.

Are cosmetic treatments covered by the plan?

Cosmetic treatments such as teeth whitening, composite bonding or clear aligners aren't covered directly, but Gold Reward and Gold Reward Plus members receive 15% off routine dental treatment, and we also offer 0% finance options on cosmetic and high-value care to make treatment more manageable.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. If your circumstances change - for example, if you move from a healthy mouth to needing more frequent hygiene visits - you can switch tiers at any time. Just speak to our reception team and they'll handle the rest.
